TOVISA was founded at Hong Kong in 1999, focusing on the collection and trading of gems and jewelry. In 2005, it opened a number of jewelry and silver jewelry stores in Shenzhen、Hong Kong.  In 2017, we moved its headquarters to Los Angeles and created the Alicia-Jewelry brand.
